Behold Our God

Who has given counsel to the Lord?

Who can question any of His words?

Who can teach the One who knows all things?

Who can fathom all His wondrous deeds?

I want to learn to trust the One who created all things

I want to be able to discern His will and always live a life that bring glory to His name.

I think trusting God involves denying ourselves and not doing what we want.

Being patient and sensitive to see what He is doing in our lives. Sometimes it may even be choosing not to do anything and wait on Him who is in control of all things.

Just when i was entertaining the thought of going for a holiday.. i was reminded of a trip i went for last year.. oh my.. i'm so lousy.. heh.

If you knew this day was coming, then why are you not prepared for it?

the coldness and indifference..

or maybe i'm reading too much into it..

Another year is dawning

Another year is dawning, dear Father, let it be

In working or in waiting, another year with Thee.

Another year of progress, another year of praise,

Another year of proving Thy presence all the days.

Another year of mercies, of faithfulness and grace,

Another year of gladness in the shining of Thy face;

Another year of leaning upon Thy loving breast;

Another year of trusting, of quiet, happy rest.

Another year of service, of witness for Thy love,

Another year of training for holier work above.

Another year is dawning, dear Father, let it be

On earth, or else in Heaven, another year for Thee.

I'm annoyed. Sigh. To the extent of not knowing what to write here..sigh..

YZ camp is over!!!:) it has been a good time of learning for everyone.

I hope the camp has been pleasing in God's sight:)

This coming week feels more like holidays with the absence of much work. Haha. Thank God that my cold sore is recovering (or has fully recovered) too. Hee.
