Charity Not Enough3 !!! Day 1

Today is the first day of Charity Not Enough 3 (charity event).
We went door to door to inform the residents in Woodlands about Charity Not Enough 3. The poor girls in my group were so tired after going up and down the blocks for at least twice for each block we went to and we visited more than 100 units to speak to the owners of the households about the charity event. (They were ''bouncing'' from door to door when they started then after an hour, they started to walk very very slowly.) Besides the screaming and running away from the doors because they are afraid of cats and dogs, the girls did a good job.

We will be going back to the households to collect dried food items and canned food to donate to our beneficiaries next Saturday. It's going to be even more exciting to go door to door and carry bags of donated stuff down the blocks. I told the girls that they will get to train up their arm muscles next week. Hee.

Assignments!!

I have received most of the assignments that I'm suppose to complete. Looking at the amount of assignments and the nature of the assignments, I don't know what to say about them. (Lack of vocabulary.. hee)

I have to:
1) write a 论文 on the teachings of Confucius (孔子）
2) write 3 chapters of 课文
3) complete a case study on "ICT Engaged learning"
4) write an essay for my educational psychology module
..... shall not continue. I will only stress myself up.

Anyway, one condition in the Teacher Training Agreement that i signed went something like this..." all student teachers are required to attend all lessons and complete their assignments diligently.." I have signed the agreement so I must abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Off to do my assignments...

Here are some pictures that I took on that day.

If you step into Tutorial room 45, this is what u would see...

This is my group dressing up the model..

Here's our make up artist.. 'drawing' on the model's face.

The rest of the costume team.. doing touch up for the accessories

Time to go outdoor...

The road to the runway...

The crowd behind the runway..

The crowd in front of the runway..

My group's costume didn't get into the finals, but everyone involved was very satisfied with the result of their hardwork. Good job everyone!!

Aiya.. forgot to upload the group photos...
